PRIVACY POLICY
A.R.A.C untamed will never share any personal customer information with a third party. We use the information we collect to provide to you content that's relevant, interesting and personal to you.
Data we collect includes: purchase history and email address (provided by you).
No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. However, we follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information.
PROCESSING POLICY
A.R.A.C untamed will process orders within five (5) business days of order placement (does not include weekends and holidays). An email confirmation including a package tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Once an email confirmation is provided, no changes to your order can be made.
*For holiday and sale events, it may take seven (7) to ten (10) business days for your order to be processed.
If you did not receive an email confirmation within five (5) business days after your payment has been processed from your account, please verify that the correct email address was provided.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@aracuntamed.com within twenty-four (24) hours after your purchase. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please include your name and order number in the subject line. If it is past twenty - four (24) hours and you wish to cancel your order (and an email confirmation has not been provided), A.R.A.C untamed will issue a cancellation with store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be issued outside of the timeframe.
SHIPPING POLICY
A.R.A.C untamed is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact the postal service and provide the tracking number provided in your confirmation email in regards to any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. A.R.A.C untamed is not responsible for any postal delays due to external circumstances such as weather, natural disasters or service outages.
ORDER RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE POLICY
Please confirm that the correct address has been provided prior to completing your order. If you notice an error please contact customerservice@aracuntamed.com immediately. In the event your order is returned as undeliverable, there will be a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee; which will be deducted from your refund. A.R.A.C untamed will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
RETURNS POLICY
Once A.R.A.C untamed receives delivery confirmation, all sales are final. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If the order contains an error on behalf of A.R.A.C untamed, please contact us at customerservice@aracuntamed.com within twenty - four (24) hours of delivery and we will gladly correct the error.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Lashes are handmade and some discrepancies in hair assignment may/will occur. Please be advised that handmade lashes may not be 100% identical, this does not constitute as an item valid for return.
SALE/DISCOUNT CODES POLICY
Any use of sale or discount codes provided by A.R.A.C untamed must be applied during the checkout process and cannot be provided once the payment is complete. Sale and discount codes are not applicable for gift card purchases.
